Lot has had a digital focus over the last 20 year. She started building her expertise in digital marketing consulting and cross-media thinking in setting up digital units for media agencies. She learned from the best at LinkedIn, heading up the marketing solutions business for the Benelux. At Vente-Exclusive.com she built E-Commerce experiences and web tactics in optimising customer decision journeys, demand acquisition and personalisation/loyalty. She currently leads IBMiX .
Next to these roles she enjoys ‘evangelising’ the digital industry and helping create change. She is a board member for the IAB, a speaker, a columnist, a digital marketing teacher and part of the jury for several awards.
She is curious, entrepreneurial and commercial. It is her ambition to link all-round digital experience, strategic insights and love for innovation and start-ups with the need for change/ Digital Transformation- at organisations to help build business.
