Awiki: CaseStudies

Good case studies put aside the hype and simply relate the practicalities involved. The hard and meaningful facts about the communication, design and technology problems which were encountered (and hopefully solved). They should also be written with two audiences in mind: the IA practitioner, and the business client. CaseStudies can be as useful as actual deliverables, in that they show the processes involved (as different from the product of those processes). They can also have some value in communicating the worth of IA to clients, in that they can see real problems being solved.
