Sony does something cool
A nice touch, this: The Sony mothership in Japan is now distributing its latest news via an RSS feed. They also have a calendar that shows all their events, whether it be product announcements, film releases, or the invention of wacky new DRMed audio formats that no-one likes.

So now you can pop open your feed reader and they’ll be like, “we just released this great new product but it only plays ATRAC,” and you’ll be like, “oh no.” (Only in Japanese at the moment, by the look of it.) [Engadget]
